Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Our online payments are processed by WorldPay and you will be given the option of paying by by credit or debit card. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All orders received before 13.00pm are dispatched “same day” using our DPD account unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 13.00pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays, in which case it will be the next working day).
All Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
International Delivery is sent using UPS. If you have your own international courier account please contact us before purchase.
Once goods have left our premises, it is the responsibility of the carrier to take for these. If goods are delivered in an damaged state, please inform firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Your delivery should be signed for unchecked and not taken from the driver.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
All competition prizes are delivered within 28 days from the announcement of the competition winner.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

When can I return my goods?
You may return goods ordered online with us for a full refund up to 14days from receipt of goods. Delivery and return carriage is non refundable on goods ordered in error or goods that are no longer required.
When can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order placed with us for full refund including carriage up until the point of dispatch by simply contacting us by telephone or email.
My products arrived damaged, what shall I do?
If you receive your purchase in a damaged state please email email@example.com within 14days of your purchase. We will then arrange a replacement to be sent once we receive proof of damage.
How long does it take to receive my funds back from a refund?
Once we receive returned goods a refund will be action the same day, it can take up to 14 working days for funds to arrive with your card provider but in most cases it is within 72hrs.
Do you have a guarantee for my product purchases?
All wax products purchased through our online shop come with a SIX month guarantee from the date of purchase; this also includes the packing of the product. All liquid based products come with a 90day guarantee, including packaging. Please ensure to retain your purchase receipt in the event you have a claim.
